What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• measure and record vital signs and weights
• empty urinary drainage bags and report irregularities
• answer call lights
• monitor residents and report condition changes
• maintain cleanliness and infection-control practices.
