What you'll do

• Manage the guest experience, store operations, customer flow, staff, and floor inventory
• drive sales and meet financial plans, payroll budgets, and store P&L goals
• support new store openings, pop-ups, and special events as needed
• manage product flow, back-of-house operations, supplies, and maintenance
• execute visual merchandising
• coach staff on product knowledge and selling
• oversee recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance check-ins
• manage inventory and replenishment
• lead and promote store events.
