What you'll do

• Prepare bids and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects
• review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop takeoffs
• manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• serve as a point of contact for clients, general contractors, and field crews
• monitor job-site progress
• procure materials and negotiate vendor pricing
• identify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and scope issues.
