What you'll do

• Lead multiple concurrent BPA proposals, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses
• analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices, schedules, and action plans
• partner with capture and business development teams on strategy and win themes
• coordinate cross-functional and external contributions
• lead kickoff meetings and Pink, Red, Gold, and Executive Reviews
• write, edit, integrate, and review proposal content
• align pricing with technical solutions
• mentor junior proposal professionals
• conduct debriefs and track outcomes.
