The technician operates and supports Esko software and equipment, maintaining accurate prepress files and resolving technical issues that could interrupt production. The role contributes to efficient workflows and high-quality output by coordinating with design, printing, and production teams and supporting process improvements.

What you'll do

• Operate Esko ArtPro, Automation Engine, DeskPack, and Imaging Engine
• troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• review and maintain prepress files
• coordinate artwork specifications with design, printing, and production teams
• assist with calibration and maintenance of Esko equipment, including CDI plate imagers
• improve workflow through automation and process improvements
• support colleagues with software questions
• help integrate Esko systems with printing and packaging technologies.
