What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• support medication administration and monitor vital signs
• facilitate activities that promote social interaction and independence
• transport residents to appointments, outings, and errands using company vehicles
• document care plans, incidents, and health records in EMR systems
• use individualized behavior-management strategies
• perform light housekeeping and laundry.
