The Operational Readiness Analyst – Hybrid role is hybrid in Lake Forest, IL, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is $46–$52 per hour. The analyst supports a multi-year program to redesign, replace, and retire applications across the organization.

What you'll do

• Manage a 26-task operational readiness process for application handoffs to IT operations
• track milestones and collect documentation from technology owners
• follow up on outstanding items
• identify handoff risks and confirm funding and resource needs
• coordinate production support handoffs and verify service acceptance criteria
• review runbooks, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and recovery procedures
• maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and trackers
• and communicate readiness status, risks, progress, and blockers.
