What you'll do

• Develop program trainings and resources
• facilitate new initiatives and program changes
• manage programs as needed
• oversee volunteer committees
• identify opportunities to expand school, college, corporate, and community programs
• work with the State Director to establish chapters
• evaluate chapter engagement data
• lead the Citizen’s Adult Friendship Program
• support ambassador initiatives and state events
• develop social media content
• represent programs publicly
• identify fundraising opportunities
• and oversee program staff recruitment, training, evaluations, and data integrity.
