Physician - Primary Care

Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and consult for non-surgical adult patients. Assess, stabilize, and determine disposition of patients with emergent conditions. Collaborate with and oversee mid-level providers and other specialties. Manage common diagnoses including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, arthritis, depression, CHF, and chronic pain.
