The Safety Professional is an onsite position based in Easton, PA. The salary range is $86,850.00 – $115,796.66 per year, supporting the Cement & White department at Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards. The Safety Professional partners with plant leadership to conduct risk assessments, lead safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in an industrial manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Lead safety initiatives that promote a proactive, injury-free workplace culture.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to leaders and employees.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze safety trends and recommend solutions.
