Part-Time Property Operations Technician

The Part-Time Property Operations Technician works onsite at assigned self-storage properties in Rocky Mount, NC. Compensation is $23 per hour. 10 Federal operates self-storage facilities. The role maintains facility condition and day-to-day operations through inspections, repairs, contractor coordination, and auction-related tasks. Independent property work and coordination with the call center help keep facilities presentable and customer needs scheduled.

What you'll do

• Drive between assigned properties
• inspect storage units
• perform repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
• complete manager-provided task lists
• oversee contractors
• prepare auction units, clean them out, and dispose of abandoned goods
• maintain facility interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• handle monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
• coordinate customer needs with call center agents.
