Dedicated Shuttle Driver (Sign-On Bonus) in Rineyville, KY. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary of $24/hr. Core-Mark is a Fortune 150 company that is an industry leader in fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry. This role is critical to the company's food supply chain, responsible for transporting empty trailers to warehouse locations and delivering full trailers to shuttle yard locations. The driver ensures products arrive safely and on time, building customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations.
• Reports safety issues and/or repairs.
• Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspects trailer for proper freight loading and security.
• Ensures all required route paperwork is available.
• Drives and delivers trailers according to schedule.
• Performs hook/unhook procedures.
• Parks and stores tractor trailers.
• Ensures equipment and freight are secured.
• Collects and secures damaged goods and customer returns.
• Unloads equipment, materials, and removes trash.
• Completes daily record of hours of service.
• Performs general housekeeping duties.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Experience

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience. Valid CDL A. Must be 21 years of age. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years. Valid current DOT Health Card.
