What you'll do

• Provide outpatient clinical assessments and evidence-based individual or group therapy
• conduct mental health screenings and brief behavioral assessments
• refer for advanced diagnostic testing when clinically warranted
• provide acute short-term counseling or behavioral interventions for distress or crises
• coordinate care and warm handoffs with psychiatry and primary care
• split clinical schedules between in-office appointments and telehealth
• complete EHR charting, appointments, and follow-up tracking.

Why this role
