• Supervise and direct plumbers performing repairs, replacements, installations, and related work
• review technician work for quality and safety
• recommend improvements to quality and productivity
• conduct individual and group training
• lead or participate in safety and information meetings
• ensure policy compliance
• maintain company property, vehicles, and tools
• model professional customer service
• perform other assigned duties.
