The Fieldwork Student Program – Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) role is onsite in Alma, MI, in a center-based setting. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Mercy Plus offers supervised fieldwork and mentorship for people pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification. The student provides direct ABA services while developing clinical skills and completing eligible supervised fieldwork activities. The role connects coursework with clinical practice through supervision, training, client data work, and collaboration with clinicians and families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA services
• implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
• collect and analyze client data
• participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training
• develop skills in assessment and treatment programming
• collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, families, and center leadership
• participate in eligible supervised fieldwork activities toward certification.
