What you'll do

• Serve as evening and weekend Manager on Duty
• support hotel check-in and check-out, restaurant dinner service, banquet events, and other operational areas
• communicate with Security and department leaders
• assist with cash handling, deposits, closing procedures, and operational controls
• monitor guest flow, cleanliness, presentation, service standards, and property readiness
• troubleshoot guest concerns and operational challenges
• prepare weekend recaps
• support teammates and departments during high-volume periods.
