What you'll do

• Advise employees and leaders on employee relations and workplace policies
• document HR matters
• manage assigned recruiting from opening through offer acceptance
• coordinate onboarding
• administer benefits and leaves
• support accommodations and workers' compensation processes
• process and audit HRIS data changes
• support employment compliance, performance management, training, reporting, audits, separations, and engagement activities.
