Security Officer — Every-Other-Weekend Night Shift

What you'll do

• Inspect community common areas, resident corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access
• check doors, windows, and gates
• patrol for safety or security violations
• report hazards and suspicious activity
• respond to security calls and complaints
• secure and unlock areas
• assist with emergency response
• and secure outdoor fixtures during inclement weather. May drive the community vehicle if necessary.
