What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care overnight
• assess residents and monitor changes in health
• develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the healthcare team
• administer medications and treatments
• perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other procedures as needed
• document clinical information
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• participate in care and discharge planning
• promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
