What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for PrinterLogic, including intake, triage, tracking, documentation, and closure of print incidents and service requests.
• Monitor support queues and coordinate updates, routing, escalation, and resolution.
• Assist with PrinterLogic administration and maintenance, troubleshoot printing issues with providers and stakeholders, maintain audit-ready records, compile operational reporting, support service changes and user guidance, and recommend improvements to reduce repeat tickets.
