What you'll do

• Supervise and support production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
• handle disciplinary actions and performance discussions when needed
• manage attendance, engagement, staffing, and workflow
• train team members
• serve as the employee contact during assigned shifts
• partner with supervisors and operations leadership on continuous improvement
• ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and medical device manufacturing regulations.
