MRI Tech Aide

The MRI Tech Aide role is onsite in Concord, NH; compensation is not specified. The position supports the MRI department and reports to the MRI Supervisor. The schedule is Wednesday and Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The role helps maintain patient flow and efficient department operations.

What you'll do

• Greet patients
• check in patients and confirm demographic and insurance information
• answer department calls and non-clinical Teams messages
• complete MRI order packet requests in athenaOne
• prepare next-day schedules and ensure packets and comparison images are available
• burn CDs and import outside imaging
• manage images across PACS platforms
• assist with prescreening and room turnover as needed
• maintain linens and supplies
• work with the MRI Supervisor on operational issues.
