What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing-service functions
• inform staff about new admissions and help prepare rooms
• greet and escort residents as needed
• make daily rounds and report concerns
• ensure direct nursing care is provided by qualified personnel
• review nurses’ notes
• provide direct nursing care as necessary
• check frequently on residents unable to call for help
• monitor medication passes and treatment schedules and report medication errors.
