CNC Operator – 2nd Shift

Job overview

The CNC Operator – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Mount Carroll, IL. Pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, plus a $2.00-per-hour shift premium. MacLean-Fogg designs and manufactures engineered components and solutions for automotive and industrial markets. The operator supports safe, accurate production by running CNC machines, checking parts against quality requirements, and making basic equipment adjustments. The role also includes interpreting blueprints, documenting production and quality information, and maintaining an orderly work area under applicable safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machines to produce components to specifications
• verify part quality
• troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments
• read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain a clean, organized work area under 5S standards
• follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
