The Camp Kirkwood Junior Counselor role is onsite at Camp Kirkwood in Willard, NC, with pay of $300–$350 per week and room and board included. What you'll do

• Serve as a role model and mentor while living in a cabin with campers ages 8–12
• co-lead activities alongside counselors and specialists
• support cabin life and daily routines
• help provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive camp environment
• assist with other camp needs as assigned by the director.

Why this role

Applicants must be at least 17 and able to live and work at Camp Kirkwood for the minimum commitment. Must be willing to earn or already hold First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard, or Ropes certification; training is offered.
