Field Service Technician – ATM

The Field Service Technician – ATM role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, servicing ATMs within an assigned geographic territory. Compensation is $24 per hour. The role supports Nautilus Hyosung America’s ATM products and customer service obligations.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs or other products
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• coordinate with support departments
• meet customer service-level agreements
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• manage spare parts and inventory
• complete reports
• follow security procedures and maintain company property.

Why this role

On-call duty is required and compensated. The role may require occasional travel outside the home territory, extended hours, and work on any shift, including weekends and holidays. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance; up to 80 pounds with assistance.
