What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts by monitoring open balances, prioritizing follow-up, and maintaining accurate records. Research and resolve past-due balances, billing questions, payment discrepancies, disputes, credits, refunds, and escalations. Evaluate credit risk using payment history, credit reports, payment terms, and credit limit reviews. Work with customers, sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners to resolve account issues

Why this role
