What you'll do

• Track health-system partnership deals, action items, and decision logs
• support client touchpoints
• coordinate conference schedules, booth operations, marketing workstreams, executive briefing documents, presentations, digital marketing, and event logistics
• manage executive scheduling, travel logistics, and team-building events
• oversee office operations, vendor management, and administrative needs.
