What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
• Lead and direct maintenance staff.
• Provide training and guidance on work standards.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Assist in coordinating new equipment installation.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility reliability.
• Prepare reports for environmental and safety regulations.
