What you'll do

• Prepare patients for examination
• obtain and document vitals and measurements
• dispose of contaminated supplies
• assist with urine drug screen collection
• check samples, medications, oxygen tanks, eyewash stations, and biohazard areas
• sterilize instruments
• clean and stock exam rooms
• maintain supplies and equipment
• document in the EHR
• perform EKGs and eye exams
• assist with referrals, authorizations, forms, patient escort, and results communication
• maintain CPR certification.
