Personal Trainer & Member Success Coach

The Personal Trainer & Member Success Coach role is onsite in Lebanon, IN, with pay of $18–$45 per hour. The locally owned, family-operated Anytime Fitness Lebanon gym focuses on helping members succeed. The role combines fitness coaching, member support, sales, and occasional front-of-house assistance. It helps members pursue their fitness goals while building relationships, recommending appropriate coaching, and contributing to a welcoming club experience.

What you'll do

• Deliver personal, small-group, and team training
• conduct fitness consultations and monthly strategy meetings
• build relationships with members
• identify members who may benefit from coaching
• present and sell training services
• follow up with members and prospects
• support tours, member questions, and front-of-house operations when needed
• suggest improvements to programs and member experience.

Why this role

Approximately 20–30 hours per week initially; early-morning and evening availability preferred. A nationally recognized CPT is preferred but not required for the right candidate; certification is required within 60 days if hired without one. CPR/AED must be completed within 30 days if not already certified.
