What you'll do

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas and equipment
• rotate and label ingredients to maintain freshness
• taste and season prepared food
• respond professionally to guest feedback
• and communicate prep priorities to the incoming shift. The role calls for attention to detail, knife skills, ability to stand for eight or more hours, and willingness to obtain ServeSafe or Food Handler certification if not already held.
