What you'll do

• Estimate and evaluate change orders
• develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and cost controls
• monitor commitments, expenditures, accruals, and forecasts
• prepare cost reports and financial updates
• review contractor estimates, pricing, change requests, pay applications, and valuations
• support procurement, contract administration, and final accounts
• identify cost risks and mitigation strategies
• advise clients and guide project teams.
