Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests
• repair and maintain vacated apartments, including minor painting, walls, doors, woodwork, plumbing, electrical work, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and landscape pruning
• maintain interior and exterior appearance
• and perform preventative maintenance.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., unless otherwise specified by the property. Rotating after-hours emergency on-call duty is mandatory; occasional weekend work may be required. EPA 608 Type 1 and 2 or Universal certification is required.
