Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Gather details about equipment problems, prepare estimates, and send quotes with photos by text or email through Modern, then follow up by phone
• schedule technicians, track work order progress, and coordinate equipment pickup and delivery
• follow up with customers, recommend additional repairs, and share service promotions
• forecast service sales at weekly Branch Huddles.
