What you'll do

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders
• prepare snacks and substitute foods as needed
• follow sanitation and infection-control practices
• wash dishes and clean
• deliver food carts and trays
• serve food and drinks
• sweep and mop kitchen and dish-room floors
• maintain food-service supplies and equipment.
