What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried, hourly, and contract employees
• ensure accurate wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits calculations
• manage payroll systems and employee records
• maintain payroll schedules
• review, approve, and audit transactions
• oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, and allocations
• maintain regulatory compliance and file payroll tax returns and reports
• support audits
• supervise and develop payroll staff
• lead process improvements
• partner with HR and Finance on benefits, timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting
• advise leadership and respond to payroll inquiries.
