What you'll do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
  • implement BCBA-developed treatment plans
  • teach communication, social, play, academic readiness, self-help, and daily living skills
  • use evidence-based teaching and behavior reduction strategies
  • collect session data and maintain clinical documentation
  • communicate with supervising BCBAs
  • participate in supervision, meetings, and professional development
  • maintain a safe therapeutic environment
  • collaborate with families and the clinical team
  • follow RBT ethics, company policies, and insurance documentation requirements.
