The Bank Frontline Associate role is onsite in Salisbury, MD, and requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. Pay is $15.50–$16.83 per hour. The Farmers Bank of Willards role serves as a first point of contact for bank customers. The associate supports branch service and goals by greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, answering basic account and product questions, maintaining cash-drawer balance, and following banking policies and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify their banking needs
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency exchanges, and other transactions
• handle stop-payment and funds-hold requests
• order checks
• answer basic questions about products, services, and accounts
• update customer information
• follow banking policies and compliance regulations
• handle cash and balance the cash drawer
• collaborate toward branch goals
• participate in training.
