What you'll do

• Operate, set up, calibrate, and maintain filament winding equipment to produce composite components.
• Monitor production quality, inspect finished components, document processes and deviations, troubleshoot equipment or process issues, and collaborate with production and engineering teams.
• Work with experienced team members to develop expertise and assist in training new team members.

Why this role
