The Senior Project Manager role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Stellar Energy’s delivery of modular cooling infrastructure for data centers and industrial operations. This position leads complex projects from initiation through closeout, keeping scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations aligned. It also provides oversight to project managers and assistant project managers and coordinates internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and technicians throughout execution.

What you'll do

• Lead overall execution of multiple complex projects from initiation through closeout
• coordinate project and engineering kickoffs
• review contracts and project documentation
• identify and mitigate risks and communicate financial and schedule impacts
• develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, cash-flow and labor-hour tracking
• coordinate internal resources, clients, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and technicians
• direct fabrication, installation, startup, and progress inspections
• prepare reports and client deliverables
• manage change orders, closeout, and warranty corrective-action plans
• lead client communications.
