What you'll do

• Manage client relationships and account health
• monitor engagement and usage data
• maintain account records
• support renewals and identify expansion opportunities
• help clients interpret data and platform outputs
• share benchmarking insights
• prepare and progress toward leading client reviews
• onboard and train users on Annie
• resolve client questions and escalate as needed
• collect product feedback
• participate in beta testing and feature rollouts.
