What you'll do

• Fund approved direct and indirect consumer loans
• review applications, contracts, collateral, insurance, income records, and other documents
• verify stipulations and resolve discrepancies
• prepare loan documentation and system records
• communicate with members, dealers, and internal partners
• validate lending calculations
• open member accounts when required
• respond to calls and follow up
• protect member information and comply with lending regulations
• conduct assigned quality reviews
• guide and cross-train Funder I employees
• support audits, testing, reconciliations, and process improvements.

Why this role
