Video Management System Engineer (Tier 3)

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex VMS incidents and major outages
• troubleshoot application, server, storage, and network layers
• conduct root cause analysis and document corrective and preventative actions
• lead incident bridge calls during critical security-impacting events
• administer enterprise VMS platforms
• optimize recording policies, failover configurations, and storage performance
• conduct system health audits and capacity planning
• support VMS testing integrated with analytics
• maintain technical SOPs and user guides
• work with Tier 2 engineers
• perform software upgrades and patching.
