Floating Leasing Consultant – Full-Time

The Floating Leasing Consultant role is onsite across communities in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky, with pay of $18–$23 per hour plus commissions, mileage reimbursement, and a $50 monthly cell phone stipend. Rookwood Properties supports prospective and current residents through leasing and property operations.

What you'll do

• Serve prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person
• answer inquiries and resolve concerns
• tour prospective tenants and market vacancies
• process applications and screening checks
• prepare lease paperwork
• collect rent, fees, and deposits
• coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
• track maintenance requests
• and inspect common areas and vacant units.

Why this role

Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
