Lead Housekeeper

The Lead Housekeeper role is onsite in Oshkosh, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position supports the housekeeping department at Lakeshore Manor, an assisted living facility, helping maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe community for residents. The lead plans and supervises housekeeping work, maintains facility cleanliness and infection-control practices, and trains and guides staff. This work supports resident comfort, privacy, dignity, and a safe living environment.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and supervise housekeeping staff
• clean and sanitize guest rooms and facility and property areas
• maintain compliance with applicable regulations
• operate the department within budget guidelines
• complete staff performance reviews and provide guidance
• train staff
• maintain infection-control and safety practices
• report hazards, damaged equipment, and supply issues
• respond promptly and courteously to call lights in guest care areas
• assist with admissions and room transfers.
