Driver and Field Operations Specialist

The Driver and Field Operations Specialist role is onsite in Oakland, CA. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. TC Rentals provides event equipment rental and logistics services, including traffic control, crowd control, and event infrastructure. The role transports rental equipment safely and punctually and supports event operations through loading, unloading, setup, maintenance, inventory tracking, and on-site problem-solving. It helps ensure equipment is ready on schedule while representing the company professionally to clients and event organizers.

What you'll do

• Operate company trucks and trailers to transport rental equipment
• load, secure, and offload equipment
• meet event setup and removal timelines
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• track and reconcile inventory
• troubleshoot logistical or technical issues at job sites
• communicate with clients and event organizers.
