What you'll do

• Lead development of enterprise AI platforms, tools, services, and integrations
• establish operational guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and validation
• partner on AI governance and risk controls
• own strategic AI-enabled engineering delivery
• mentor engineers and technical leaders
• advance engineering practices
• translate business needs and regulatory obligations into strategies and roadmaps
• advise leaders and coordinate across organizational boundaries.
