What you'll do

• Use automotive technical knowledge to assist dealers and repair facilities with claims
• respond to inbound calls and written inquiries from customers, dealers, repair facilities, and financial institutions
• research case information using manuals, databases, and contacts
• handle policy administration and claim inquiries
• work toward customer satisfaction in contract and claim matters.
