What you'll do

• Drive manufacturing test programs across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production
• coordinate test strategy, milestones, and deliverables across engineering teams
• oversee test solutions for board, subsystem, and system assemblies
• ensure test hardware, software, fixtures, automation, and infrastructure are production-ready
• coordinate deployment with manufacturing partners
• track readiness, throughput, capacity, coverage, and deployment
• resolve test issues
• improve yield and reduce retests
• communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans.
